Terms of Use
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Velora AI, including the Velora AI desktop application, telemetry overlays, AI racing features, Cloud Studio features, website services, subscriptions, trials, downloads, licensing, and related services. By starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, downloading Velora, activating a license, or using Velora, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or activating Velora. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, license information, and any device or service used to access Velora.
2. Seven-day free trial
Eligible new users may receive one 7-day free trial of Velora AI. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout.
The current introductory monthly subscription price is $10.00 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes. The price presented at checkout controls if it differs from the amount stated on this page.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial. Cancellation takes effect according to the cancellation information shown in checkout or the customer billing portal.
Free trials are limited to one per eligible customer. Velora may use account, license, Velora ID, racing-platform identity, payment, device, and other reasonable anti-abuse signals to prevent repeated or fraudulent trial use. Attempting to create additional accounts or otherwise evade trial limits may result in trial denial or account suspension.
3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid Velora subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
You may cancel future renewal through the available customer billing tools. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not retroactively cancel a charge that has already been processed.
4. Refund policy
Velora provides a free trial so customers can evaluate the service before becoming a paid subscriber. Except where required by applicable law or required by the payment provider's rules, paid subscription charges are non-refundable.
5. Licensing and activation
Velora is licensed, not sold. A subscription or other authorized license grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Velora while your license remains valid. You may not sell, share, sublicense, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass, or defeat Velora's licensing, subscription, access-control, or trial-protection systems except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
A Velora license may be associated with a Velora ID, account, racing-platform identity, or other identifiers used to validate authorized access. If a paid subscription expires or payment lapses, access may be disabled until the subscription is renewed.
6. Expired subscriptions and renewal
When an eligible paid subscription is renewed within the supported renewal period, Velora may reactivate the existing license rather than issue a new license. If an expired subscription remains inactive beyond the supported recovery period, prior account or calibration data may no longer be recoverable and a later purchase may require a new activation and fresh setup.
7. Cloud Studio and generated images
Velora Cloud Studio is intended for racing and motorsports-related image creation. You are responsible for the prompts, images, logos, names, trademarks, likenesses, liveries, and other material you submit. You must have the rights or permission necessary to use submitted material.
Generated images may contain inaccuracies, altered details, misspelled text, or other unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.
8. Telemetry use
Velora is an independent telemetry companion. Its modeled estimates, AI guidance, spotter calls, crew-chief recommendations, coaching, tire estimates, fuel estimates, damage information, and other outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Users remain responsible for driving decisions and for complying with applicable simulation, league, competition, event, and platform rules.
Read the full Telemetry Disclaimer.
9. Third-party services
Velora may depend on third-party services, payment processors, hosting providers, racing platforms, APIs, or software. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes, outages, restrictions, or policies imposed by those third parties.
Velora AI is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially approved by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Velora to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, abuse payment or trial systems, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of others.
11. Changes to features, pricing, and terms
Velora may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops. Subscription pricing may change for future billing periods. When required, customers will receive notice of material changes before they take effect.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, race results, competitive advantage, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every hardware or software configuration.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of race results, loss of data, loss of profits, lost opportunities, or damages arising from reliance on telemetry estimates, AI guidance, generated images, third-party outages, or service interruptions.
14. Suspension or termination
Velora may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, trial abuse, unauthorized sharing, license circumvention, unlawful use, material violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
15. Privacy
Use of Velora is also subject to the Velora Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy.
